For bath time an electric jug and a bucket and basin. Hot safe water (buy 5.5 litre bottles from the closest supermarket) mixed with cold safe water in the bucket then a sponge bath with him standing in the basin. I have seen Milton tablets recommended.
As others have said, the balinese will love him and if you're close by will cuddle him and entertain him for hours on end. Hire a Nanny - cheap and another pair of eyes.
