Balian Lodgings

I hope to stay up in Balian / Lalang Linggah area in Sept for about four days for surfing. It'll be three guys who need a homestay or cottage type arrangement. Looking for mid-range pricing, USD30 per night, not the Balian Breezes type, something close to the surf and stroll to town.

Any and all help appreciated.
