is not guarantee that a TT will arrive. I had one go astray, somehow it ended up in the Middle East. I got back some of the money, but not all. Banks are very careful to warn you that they will NOT guarantee it's arrival.
Many banks will let you do it yourself on their internet banking system. Worth a thought. Good luck with your lovely idea.
