Can anyone that has received these vouchers for the inconvenience of having your flight schedule changed, let me know how you received your voucher and did you have a hard time getting it. I just rang Jet* and asked if I could use them on the flight in which I was inconvenienced on, which they have agreed and the guy told me to print out the vouchers from their customer service site on the email. So I go to do this and it doesn't reckonise my booking reference number ( alarm bells ringing )so I double check my booking and it is ok. So another call to them and the new guy tells me it doesn't reckonise me, can I fax the email of the flight schedule change to them. I say no as I don't have access to a fax but I can forward the email to them. Oh but they don't have a email. So I say how did it get emailed to me in the first place.Plus I asked him to confirm what time our plane touches down in Bali and he said 22.40. Does that sound right.
