Safe eating at Seminyak

My dauther who is 18 weeks pregnant will be arriving in Bali in mid February 2009. Can anyone recommend safe, reasonably priced restaurants, cafe, etc. She is really concerned with getting Bali Belly while being pregnant and so far from home.
