i,m from bali, i thing niksoma is not so nice for your mum , now in bali is rain season , west beach like kuta is not so nice at the moment , as the wind blows from west and it bring a lot of rubish , it,s better if you take your mum to sanur< bali,s east side beach> the hotel is like bali hyat , or santrian is you best choise, if you want to know more you can email me , madebali2003@yahoo.com
