If it is your first trip to Bali I recommend that you take the advice of previous posters and just walk out of "arrivals", turn right and go to the taxi booth, you should see people lined up doing the same thing.
Just ask for a taxi to the Dewi Sri.
They will charge you a fixed price 50,000 - 60,0000 Rp ( Aus$8 ?) and assign you a taxi.
If you are not sure just ask another Australian traveller, most of them will be able to assist you.
Alternatley after 14 trips to Bali and we always use Wayan Sunarta who operates a small shop directly opposite the entrance to Tropozone which is in Gang Tropozone, 80 meters before you get to the Dewi Sri hotel.
No hesitation in recommending him for your pickup at the airport or transport whilst in Bali.
