We booked flights with same promotion last year.
We flew G/Coast to KL, KL to Surabaya, Bali to KL and then KL to G/Coast.
Couldn't fault the service or staff (who were very attentive during all flights).
Its a budget airline so all you are paying for is the flight, the rest is add-ons:
Baggage, you select required weight and are charge accordingly upto 32KG.
Meals can be pre-ordered on-line, snacks can be purchased in-flight (try to pay in MYR as the exchange rate at that altitude is crap as the couple seated behind us found out).
Flying with them again in March.
And plan on grabbing some 'free seats' on the 10th
