I thought the code was 0011 62 361 then the Bali number. I have to fax info to the hotel we are using in September and I found this number in the Australian phone book. I actually tried 0011 62 361 and the Bali phone no. to see if it worked and the hotel answered, so I have to presume the 0011 is correct to connect to Bali.
