Atmosphere around the pools is different depending on who is staying there. In our 2 weeks there was a range from young couples to oldies and family groups. No music but we took our own portable speakers and MP3 player. Mainly Aussies staying but some Indonesians as well. Food in restaurant is great and very reasonable and they also have a Friday and Monday lunch special for 20 000Rp. There is no massage service but lots of places nearby where you can get cheap ones. We love the location especially with lots of good restaurants nearby and being able to walk to Kuta Square, Centro and Waterbomb Park.
