Jalan Tangkuban Perahu (Upside down boat street) which is close to the jail, there are a few places there, one being Stevens. They have a shop on both sides of the road. They say fixed price, but you can bargain with Indra. They look crappy in the shop, but they will do them up for you. Or the Sanur By Pass road on the left hand side heading towards Sanur, there a quite a few shops along there. Bintang is one, I think.
