It is quite far, and likely to be a one-way fare for the driver. I'd requested to go via Munduk, which has a pretty hairy mountain pass best driven in day light. By the time we got to Pemuteran, the driver was panicky about returning. Also he was a driver, not a guide. He did make stops along the way at my request, but was not especially knowledgeable.

A longer but cheaper option is Perama to Lovina (~150,000, 11 a.m.) and then take a bemo or hire a taxi west from there.

$65 is the going rate for Pemuteran back to the airport. Your best bet is to try to find people to share with.
