Again tricky to answer as I been buying from the same lady since 1989. And its an order over a large range of clothing (even if i just get a few of something to tryout).
Perhaps head to the 'fixed' price shops mentioned here on the forum.
Depends where you shop, wholesale may start at 10pcs and get cheaper the more you buy (20pc,30pc,etc etc).
How much are you looking to buy???
