Different hotel but had the same!
Lazy unhelpful staff that only want to watch TV and ignore the requests and needs of guests.
This soon changed when the owner of the hotel turned up half way through the stay and the staff did a total turnaround because he was there!
During his stay it was great but when he left it went back to as it was!
Basically some are lazy and complacent when they want to be,or can be.
Flash around a few Rup and they will soon start that stupid friendly grin.
