There is a guy in Denpasar who manufactures acrylic to order. If you get a copy of Bali Advertiser, available at Bintang S'mkt and many other places, his ad is always in there. Bali Plastic is the name of the company.Have used afew times and his work is of a high standard and cheap compared to Australia.
