It is sooo frustrating that there is no consistancy with some of the Balinese Restaurants.
We found in Sept/Oct a few times we were disappointed by poor food on occasions.
Honestly our meal at Drops was one of the best we had, but yes there just were not enough staff!
Felt sorry for the few that were working as they tried so hard.
In previous years we had great food at Seaside Restraunt but In 2008 we went a few times and the food ranged from disgusting to average. The American owner was not there on our 2008 holiday but he was there in 2007.It was obviously what made the difference!
Lanais Restaurant varied from one night to another, one great, another really bad.
Will never go back to Flying Piano or Indonational.
Yutz has great food but hey squashed dinners in on top of one another and couldnt go there again sadly, it was just too hot and suffocating.Maybe have to have a late lunch there instead when its not so crowded.
We will try Legian snacks this year, thanks for the tip.
