Well the travel agent rang Garuda , and they said yes.. Had to pay full price for the fair... For admin fees... HMMM. Had to fill out a form with details and signatures of my partner who will be picking him up.. he needs ID.. Dunno whether they have just changed policies or what... None of the budget airlines offer umacompanied minors.. and Garuda is the only one that has direct flight to Melb..
