Wi Fi networks are increasing in number. Be very cautious about your security with wireless connections. A security program recommended is Hotspot Shield available at http://www.tucows.com/preview/504657 .
* There is one advertised at the entrance to the Bintang Supermarket in Legian opposite the new Rajas.
* Perhaps one of the best is at the Bali Cyber Cafe in Legian and you can get expert help from Haaris and exceptional food and drinks also.
* The All Seasons Hotel (great toilets here too) where you are charged by download size not time on line.
