The day of your departure is what counts.

If you have enough time before your trip, you can try to get a 60 day visa in advance.
Sometimes called a "social visa", but requires a sponsor, and takes some time for processing.

I don't know where you live, but you will need to find the nearest Indonesian consulate that processes these visas.

If you don't want to do this, I think it is likely that because you didn't originally book your holiday contrary to the visa limits, by advising Indo immigration in advance, they might be willing to permit the extra day for an "overstay" fee.
I would think the airline would provide assistance in your case.

another option would be to shorten your holiday by one day. again, the airline should be willing to help with this.
