I got chatting (as best I could) to some lovley ladies at Candi Kuning market last trip and I felt oblidged to buy something- they didn't pester me I just wanted to engage in the process so I bought all the family some corn that was in this big drum.
It was terrible - boiled (for at least 3 days) . I'm sure it wasn't sweet corn but cattle corn. No doubt I'll visit them again - I'll just have to buy something else.
We cook our corn when camping in 2 lots of alfoil on hot coals.I add the butter when we unwrap it.
