Back in Sept I found a great shop that made up my tablecloths by the metre as follows:

The shop is located next door to a small bar called the Captain Cook bar/pub, located on Jalan Werkudara or Rum Jungle Road. It is not far from the Jayarkata hotel entrance (not the beach side). The road changes from two-way to one-way and there is a T-junction. Take the road heading towards Jalan Seminyak and stick to the right hand side. On a bend you will find the Captain Cook and this shop is one or two doors back toward the Jayakarta end. Has many sarongs hanging on the wall and then tables of fabric inside. It also cost 20,000 Rp per tablecloth to have the edges hemmed. Fantastic assortment of colours and I came home with loads of them for our bbq's for this summer.
Sorry I don't have the business card with me, but if you find the Captain Cook, you can't miss this shop.
