Ring up Garuda and ask for a seating preference. When you get to check-in tell them you have put in a seating preference before they allocate seats for you.
Good seats for TV visability are Rows 12, 13, 14, what ever seats you are allocated on the flight over usually are the same ones you get coming home. I have always found Garuda really good to fly with.
