The seats all have the little pillows on them when you board. They'll supply a blanket and headphones afterward. You also get a juice and little packet of peanuts before take-off. No handheld DVDs, just the old fashioned 'drop from the ceiling' monitors for the in-flight entertainment, and since they're quite old the colour isn't always spot on. Depends where you sit as to how good a view you will have of the screen as they are spaced out around the plane and it's not one screen per person.
Drinks are available anytime you want one. You'll get a hot meal, usually a choice of two dishes. It comes with a little roll, small salad and a little sweet slice of some sort, and cheese and crackers, and tea/coffee. They also bring around ice creams afterward.
That's what I've had on flights from Sydney. I don't know where you're flying from.
