What we think they would do and what they have done are 2 totally different things. I have at no time requested to be put on the flight via Brisbane nor do I want to either. Our itinerary online, using my booking reference number, shows that is exactly what flight we have been changed to. It is not a matter of the rep guessing. I have checked our itinerary online myself and this is how I discovered the change. I am just going to wait a little bit as obviously August is still 6 months away and then I will decide what we will do. I can assure you that we will not be on a flight via Brisbane 15 hours earlier though and I will be expecting compensation for the change to my original booking that has been made by PB and not myself.
