they all had a day off when I was in Nusa Dua on Sunday...didn't see very many dogs at all. As for the traffic...yes there has been lots over Xmas and Idul Fitri but no more than other countries I have visited. The time share people will quite happily leave you alone if you say a polite no thanks...
As Imagem said of course people care very much about the rabies outbreak but there is not...I repeat not, someone dying daily here from that. Really lets be honest....you didn't like Bali....why not just say that instead of being inflamatory??
