Dynasty new beach area

Has anyone stayed there since this area has opened up down on the beach, would love to hear what you think. Is the acess down through the market or by the sunset bar. I believe you can order food, do they go back to the Dynasty for this and are there any hawkers down by the loungers. Your thoughts would be appreciated, cheers
