The rest of my 20 cents worth for anyone interested...
Shopping (Most have been talked about on the forum previously).
Bintang Supermarket - good for water, snacks, usual pantry stuff etc.
Tailor - had a nice suit made, pants/jacket, cost $52.00 Aus, made by Janoko Tailors in Poppies 2.
Ketut's Shop - fixed price shop.
AFL Shop - good for birthday presents, in a side lane off Poppies 1.
Matahari's.
Discovery Plaza.
...I'll stop there as there were many others visited.
Waterbom Park
Always a full day of fun, they use a cashless system which works a treat, you get a waterproof velcro thingy with a bar code and swipe as you go. This was one of the times we used our Visa card, put the purchase price plus extra on it and you get a refund at the end if you hired a locker, cabana etc etc. If you fly Garuda, take your Boarding Pass with you on the day, Waterbom give 10%? discount on entry fee. They are fairly stringent with bag checks on entry though so you may not be able to take in any extra food etc.
Safari Park
Took about an hour to get there from the Kumala Pantai (KP). At the Park you can pat/have photo taken with certain animals, animal shows/feeding at certain times, big restaurant for lunch, small water fun park for the kids, plenty to see. A good day out.
Meals
Ate at heaps of places as you would expect, had some great meals at Waroeng Tropical (about 20 seconds walk from the KP!). Most places we ate were really good, just check that they have the staff on if you are in a big group - we got caught once, the wait was about an hour and a half but the food would go close to being the best we had during our stay.
Things to take to Bali
An old beach towel, vegemite, your preferred tea/coffee brand, mosquito bands, a full size coffee mug, ice cube trays, one of those insulated bags (dad's makeshift esky) - all is either given away or thrown away afterwards.
Thats it, hope it was of interest to someone out there in Forum Land. We had a great holiday, thank you to my lovely wife for organising it.
