I did the Annika cooking class also, to some it up in one word "fantastic".. I organized it when i got to Bali, just rang them, their number is on their web site, and only ended up paying $50.00 australian. The cooking class was so clean and the food you learn to make is yum yum. After 10 visits to Bali, this was one of the best.
