Ubud transfers

A lot of Ubud hotels actually offer a transfer service from airport to hotel and vice versa.Have you checked that your hotel can do this?
Usually,(but not always) the quality of the hotel vehicle is better than a taxi as some hotels have their name all over the van so it reflects on the hotel if the van's not clean...(dirty van,dirty hotel)
Prices vary for a hotel airport transfer.The hotel I'm staying at in Ubud (May/June) want IDR 195,000 one way per vehicle and yet the hotel next door (where friends are staying) want IDR 250,000 for the same trip.
The last time I checked the airport taxi service to Ubud was IDR 175,000.
