Use sterilising hand gel several to many times a day and ALWAYS before eating or touching your mouth.
Handling money or goods at a market stall can be regular sources of infection.
Change your diet slowly to avoid an upset stomach and for a start take it easy on the beautiful fruits that you'll find there.
You'll know when you've really got Bali Belly rather than just an upset stomach - you'll really want to die. If it happens, get your hotel to call a doctor straight away. You do have traveller's insurance don't you?
Start a daily Yakult a week or more before you leave and keep it up over there. It's easy to buy on a 5-pack and keep it in the fridge.
