The VIP - VOA is a complete waste of money , absolute rubbish.
Keep the money and spend it on yourself instead of helping bribery exist in Bali.
That is all it is bribing some one to help you through quicker than others.
If you have small children or older people who cannot stand for to long tell the officials and they will give you preference.
