Visa on Application - thats the USD$25 thing you do on arrival in Immigration
VIP - Very Important Person - ( optional ) pay an extra fee and getted whippped thru the ( usually long) queues past Immigration.
Pre paid before you go.
Still have to wait for bags from carasoul though.
