If that is your budget, then I cannot highly reccomend the Tegal Sari. Rooms are large and fantastic. Hotel is on JI Hanoman and is about a 3 minute walk from the start of Monkey Forest road. They also drop off and pick up in Ubud centre for free when you want yo go.
This is my favourite hotel in Bali. It even won the 2008 Best Asia Hidden Gem hotel for Trip Advisor.
Rooms start at 330,000 Rupiah per night to 770,000 for the Duplex. I personally suggest you order a Deluxe or larger room if there are three of you. Those rooms will be plenty big enough. It should also be noted that almost all rooms look onto rice paddies. You can also get breakfast delivered to your room so you can eat breakfast looking onto the rice paddies on your balcony or pergola. Also to let you know, the pictures of the rooms do not do the hotel justice on the website. Your only problem may be availability. This hotel can only be booked via the website.
