If u try & change in a shop that has a high rate, as stated they will rip u off. If u bust them they will not change your money.
so if u think u have got a great reate...u have been ripped off.
If they know u r onto them...all of a sudden a commission is worked into it or they have run out of money or some other excuse not to change your money. Search the archives for fixed price shops & visit these on your firswt shopping expeditions & u will get an idea of what things are worth. These shops r about 25% over the going price....but be prepared to work for it...u won't get a good price in the first 5 mins.
