I have visited quite a bit of this. You should be able to do this easily in a day (don't know where Tegallang shops are though). You need to remember that Ubud takes around 45 mins travel time in each direction off. You might also be able to go to Lovina as well. This seems more like a 3/4 day tour. The Candi Kunuing Bali Botanical Gardens might also be worth putting onto your schedule. They are meant to be nice. Hope that helps and someone else may know this area better than me.
