Just checked the Qantas website, and the Bakung Sari still has rooms available on your days(Total Price is $204, or $102 each). It is close to shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, plus they have a really cheap and good massage parlour a 30 second walk away. For the price, you also get breakfast. Room has air conditioning, shower, TV with English channels (I think they also have a movie channel in English from memory). Also have a nice pool plus restaurant and laundry is cheap.
Many hotels in those dates will also be booked out (such as Troppo Zone, Barong is $312, Bounty is booked out). I would have used this hotel (going on 13th Jam) but decided to go further up market. Ironically, I liked this hotel more than some hotels I have paid double the price in Bali. Best thing about it is the location. It has a very safe back enterance that takes you a 2 min walk from Mataharis.
