Head down Rum Jungle from Jayakarta end, on RHS just past Tommy's and before the ?Capt Cook pub (I think that was its name) on the bend there is a shop there set in a bit. Lots of sarong material on tables and hanging on the walls - you can't miss it if you're looking for it. Tons to choose from.
Plenty of regular width material (don't know what regular is) for 20k per metre & then it's 20k to get it hemmed around all sides.
The other lady mentioned got several made for her BBQ table in different colours.
My table is 3m x 1.4m wide, so not much choice in that size which is 25k per metre.
