we stayed there last july it is a lovely quiet hotel with all you need fridge,aircon,tv and pool.In walking distance to great resaurants and markets situated on monkey forest rd about half way down from markets.
Not sure about tripple rooms but we had a room with king bed and single it is very clean and well maintained.
