Netfare is an Aussie company in Melbourne. We flew into Bali on Christmas Eve and were escorted past other passengers into an empty lounge where we were greeted with nice cakes and coffee. My son was hanging out for a ciggy and there was a separate smoking room. I had a Bintang while we waited for the Passports to be stamped. The lounge was empty accept for us. After about 15 minutes we were then escorted through customs out to a waiting hotel taxi. Great experience and we reckon worth the $38. We will definitely use them again.
