Hi , my daughter did a quick pencil sketch for them and they got it perfeectly from that, my friends daughter with the alldress had a couple of pictures and combined from them and again it was perfect. My friend who got the leather jacket didn't have the picture, they had some magazines but were limited so if you have a picture take it but they can do it without. You can also take your own material but the had samples of probably about 30 different materials that we saw.
