in kuta square there are a few shops. The polo T's with the big horse on the front and number on the sleeve were about 20-30 AUD when I was there. Up to 600 thousand rupiah. The stripy one's about the same.
You could get them in the markets for much much less though. I got my nephews a couple of the market polo shirts with just the horse on the front for about 30000rp in may this year.
