very cheap price. Less than $20.00. I bought a cheap nokia phone in Centro about $60.00 then a sim card - another $30.00. Just top up each time with recharge or buy another sim card if the other one has expired. Still struggling to know the best prefix numbers to use though. Credit disappears very quickly.
