Bali is seldom quiet at this time of year as many many local tourists come down from java,but it doesnt mean that restaurants are busy for either food or drink,as lots of them will just use the local warungs and drive round and round the one way traffic system,no idea what they are looking at lol.Just try sitting in a bar on legian st,down towards the memorial and you will be suprised how often the go round if you watch lol.
