I'm guessing you mean indonesian passport for an indonesian citizen. It's easy, Just bring relative ID and money to the immigration department. If you lack any ID documents you can simply go to a legitimate "BIRO JASA" and for a bit of unofficial "How ya going mate" Rupiah, no problem.. As for entry into Malasia. Not sure, but I know some indonesians who have gone there very easily. Just make sure you have the correct Visa or you will be in trouble. ie.. If for work make sure you have a work Visa.. Malasians will throw you in Jail no Problem.
