Takes about 15 mins to the international from domestic,and there isnt always many cabs at the domestic as most people in Perth tend to pick up and drop off friends and family.
If your luggage goes straight through you should be ok but its a bit tight!
When you get to International and check in, go straight through customs and get any duty free on the other side.
Both airports are simple to navigate and are quite small,off the plane,short walk and out the doors to taxi rank. No long walks for departure gates as there isnt many!
Make sure you pack your liquids in your cases before you get to Perth.
Check in ques are always a bit slow in Perth,I always get there more than 2 hour before and I only live a few km away.
Who ever planed the newer international airport should be shot!
When you get off your domestic flight you can see your ongoing international flight but have to travel 20kms by road to get to it.
