The apartment had everything we needed. It was fantastic and the location was excellent. I had read all the post about this section being so far away from the pool - 1 minute walk is not far away and the gardens are so lovely manicured.
The owners are lovely to deal with, nothings a problem and emails were responded to promptly.
Putu was sweetheart! We had him organise a lovely driver by the name of Cumung for 3 or 4 half day trips - Such a lovely natured guy and his English was pretty good - Ashleigh adored him and enjoyed all the banter. Cumung was teaching Ashleigh some Balinese which she thought was pretty cool :-)
We had a wee small incident with the refrigerator where it had tripped the switch while we were up in Ubud and we arrived back to find all our food had gone off. I phoned Putu and he had a 'maintenance' man around before I could blink and fixed it for us.
There is a large cabinet in the lounge with fresh bath and pool towels, t-towels and bed linin which was wonderful and the apartment was cleaned every 2nd day.

My husband and I are back there in February for 10 nights, it really did feel like a home away from home.
