I think you will find that they are manufactured by ciba vision, which is the manufacturer of "focus monthly" lens,so they probably do know where the are made but for some strange reason the focus night and day brand are not available in indonesia.
I have also attempted to buy this brand in Thailand but without success except for once i got some from Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok.
