the best one I've had recently is in a warung tenda in Senggigi (warung tenda being the 'tent' style warung that is erected at night and not there during the day).
Not the big one next to the post office, but across the road and up a bit - the entrance is between two buildings but it goes a way back with quite a few tables. The nasi goreng was really nice - Rp9,000
The other main warung tenda next to the post office is not too bad, but I prefer the ayam bakar there with cap cay and nasi puti.
