The best beers are to be had in Kuta at the Pub Bagus in Poppies 2 and Secret Garden in Poppies 1. Both charge 15k for a small bottle. We were buying at our hotel for 11k which I agree is the cheapest, except for happy hours when I paid 10.5k. The beach sellers are closer to 18k but you can find some down to 13k. Watch the use-by date on the beers from beach stalls!!!!!
