Yes International and Domestic at Darwin Airport are in the same building. However, you cant go through to International untill a few hours before your flight. There is duty free on the international side and a few other shops on the domestic side, including a pub/bar. Depending how long between your arrival and departure I would suggest a dash into Darwin City.
